If your account is linked to an organisation account (e.g., managed by your employer or a reseller), we may need to first obtain the administrator's approval before processing your deletion request. Refer to the Notice to End Users section for full details.

All content you create using the Kwikk Media platform – including digital visiting cards, mini websites, and catalogues – can be exported in standard formats such as JPEG and PNG. Original files can be downloaded directly from your account at any time.

If you require a structured export of all account data we hold on you, you may request a CSV file by contacting our support team at support@kwikkmedia.in. We will process this request within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Notice to End Users & Organisations

Many of our Services are intended for use by organisations – such as businesses, agencies, and reseller networks. Where our Services are made available to you through an organisation's account (e.g., your employer, supplier, or reseller partner), that organisation acts as the administrator and is responsible for all accounts and Service sites under its control.

If this applies to you, please direct your data privacy questions to your account administrator, as your use of the Services is subject to that organisation's internal policies. Kwikk Media is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of an administrator's organisation.
